This book develops the ideas in [The Right Game] at more length. In particular there is a chapter on each element of the [PARTS analysis] with real-life examples to explain the ideas.
Reading the case studies it struck me that there are probably generalisable [strategy patterns|StrategyPatterns] that arise out of the writing - the essence of the message from the authors seems to be that if you understand what systemic forces are operating in a given situation then you can identify the sorts of changes which might work.
