We want IntraBliki to keep track of users for a number of purposes:
* Identifying authorship of articles or comments
* Determining who can read certain pages
* Determining who can write certain pages
In normal operation users should not be faced with any kind of login dialog - provided the user is already logged in to the corporate network then IntraBliki should access user information via that corporate network.
